A long road completed with the official book launch of

Along the Road to Freedom

Mennonite women of courage and faith

all are welcome

Join us for the official launch of the Along the Road to Freedom book. The oversize, hardcover coffee table book includes comments from each committee member and Manitoba Lt. Gov. the Honourable Janice C. Filmon. The foreword by Dr. Marlene Epp, Professor of History and Peace and Conflict Studies, Conrad Grebel University College, offers a historical backdrop that connects with today. Artist Ray Dirks recounts his journey with each painting and sponsoring family. Dirks reveals his artmaking process. The story of every woman featured in the Along the Road to Freedom exhibition is told in full page prints of each painting and in words.

The book will be available for $35.00 plus 5% GST.

BOOK ORDERING DETAILS FOR SINGLE AND MULTIPLE BOOK ORDERS WILL FOLLOW IN DAYS.
